In commemoration of September 8, Day of Nuestra Señora de la Caridad del Cobre, patron saint of Cuba, and in light of the escalation of arrests, summary trials and disappeared youth throughout the Island since July 11, including many writers and artists, the CCCNY answers the call of Mons. Octavio Cisneros, who is offering a special mass for Cuba’s freedom and the peace and the conciliation of all Cubans.
